Under the agreement, directors will receive a salary increase of 2.5% in 2019, 2020 and 2021 to 3%. Crew members receive an annual increase of 3% over each of the three years of the agreement. The contract will take effect on January 1, 2019 and will apply to all production in Canada, excluding B.C. and Quebec.
