(«Cheniere») (NYSE MKT: LNG) has entered into a liquefied natural gas («LNG») sales agreement with Central El Campesino, through its subsidiary Cheniere Marketing International LLP («Cheniere Marketing»), under which Central El Campesino will purchase approximately under spa LNG on the basis of FOB. under LNG is loaded onto Total`s vessels, at a purchase price indexed to the Henry Hub monthly price plus a fixed component. The SPA has a duration of twenty years, which began with the date of the first commercial delivery for train five, and an option for extension of up to ten years. Deliveries of train 5 are expected to take place as early as 2018.
